Submitting a reservation request through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us by email or phone.
We endeavour to confirm or respond to all reservation requests within 24 hours. For same-day or urgent bookings, please call us directly on 069 604 9999.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in your reservation request is accurate, including the number of guests, date, time and any dietary requirements. Inaccurate information may result in us being unable to accommodate your needs on arrival.
For groups of 7 or more guests, please contact us directly by phone or email to discuss availability and arrangements. Specific terms may apply for large group bookings and private events.

If you do not arrive within 20 minutes of your reserved time and we have not been notified, we reserve the right to release the table. We will attempt to contact you using the phone number provided in your reservation request before doing so.
Repeated no-shows may affect our ability to accept future reservations from the same contact.
We take food allergies and dietary requirements seriously. If you or a member of your party has a food allergy or specific dietary need, you must inform us at the time of booking and remind our staff upon arrival.
While we take every reasonable precaution, our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients including gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish and eggs. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Medaur By Beef House accepts no liability for allergic reactions arising from failure to disclose an allergy at the time of booking.
All prices shown on our menu are in Albanian Lek (ALL) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The menu and prices displayed online are for information purposes and may differ from those available on the day of your visit.
We reserve the right to substitute menu items due to seasonal availability, supply issues, or other operational reasons.
